Support for Mamas

You spend so much of your time caring for others. This is your invitation to slow down and care for yourself. Join our Founder, Dr. Mishi Booker each month for Soft Girl Sunday at Queen Hippie Gypsy in Oakland, a restorative experience featuring gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and a sound bath. Together, we'll practice simple, evidence-based tools to regulate the nervous system, restore the body, and create space for rest.
